Dr. Werewolf Seduces Women to Kill

I remember seeing a horror film about a doctor who is bitten by a werewolf and becomes one. We'll call him Dr. Werewolf.

Dr. Werewolf travels with a mother and sick daughter. He gives jewlery to women and seduces them to kill. He then meets the daughter's aunt and they fall in love. As the sister and daughter are going away, Dr. Werewolf kills them.

He is tried and the woman he loves (we'll call her Mrs. Werewolf) meets a werewolf hunter and somewhere during the trial they track down the orginal werewolf and possibly kill him.

At one point, Mrs. Werewolf finds out Dr. Werewolf killed her family. The night before the verdict is to be delivered she goes to his cell and confronts/kills him. His dying words: 'My life was yours and so is my death.'

If it helps the new movie Wolfman looks awfully similar only with a lot of CGI.

Does anyone know the title of the movie I described above?
