Drowned Ex-Girlfriend With Red Apple Haunts New Girlfriend

I saw this movie in 2005 or so. It was about a couple who moved into a new house that was haunted.

The house was haunted by a woman that seduced the man through his new girlfriend. When she seduced him she ate a red apple.

The movie ends when the girlfriend finds out that her husband drowned his last girlfriend, the one who haunts the house, and dumped her in the sea.
