Early 80's Creature Feature Episode

In 1984 as a youngster, I was watching an episode of creature feature on the tube. I don't know the name or have any searchable info. I can only remember bits and pieces.

The movie had to do with 3 or 4 monsters attacking a town. I think one monster was like invisible, one was like the triffid monster, another one was an actual demon-like animal. What I can say about the movie is that it was not foreign. It was on TV though it was probably at least a couple years older than the date it aired. This was in 1984 on the Saturday creature feature showcase.

I was living in Washington DC at that time and kung fu theater and creature feature were the be all in TV those days. Never missed it.
