Elderly Woman Serial Killer Collects Corpses in Basement

What's the 80's movie about an old woman who has dozens of corpses collected in her basement sitting around like they're having a party?

At one point, this fat bloated corpse gut pops open and the elderly lady takes some tape and patches him up.

Later, the old woman knocks out a girl in a parking garage and puts her in the trunk of her car. A man witnesses it and follows them back to the elderly woman’s house.

The girl wakes up to find herself in the basement. She trips and her whole arm ends up in the fat bloated corpse with the tape. The man fights the old woman and in the end the house burns down.
