Okay experts...what is the '80s or early '90s film where an elderly woman lives in some sort of apartment building and uses the basement to come into her neighbor's apartments to kill them?
The woman has white hair and she uses some sort of object to kill her victims. No gun or poison or anything.
The film is from my childhood and scared me for life. Desperate to find out the name of it to see if it still carries the same effect.
