Embalmed Town

I remember a movie I saw in the late 80's about a man who discovers that a town has been embalmed by either a funeral director or a man of the cloth... or something??

The townspeople are all the walking dead. Unfortunately, he then discovers that he too died, and was embalmed!! The funeral director then shoves embalming rods into himself as well!

Does anyone know this film???
