Evil Boy Electrocutes Nurse

The movie I'm looking for is from the 70's or early 80's. I think the boy in the movie was named Oliver. He had powers that made people hurt themselves.

At the end of the movie he's in a hospital and he makes a nurse remove her rubber soled shoes and step in water and fry herself on the electrical unit in the basement. "Oliver" dies at the end, maybe by the hands of his mom, I don't know.

Please help me - I'm losing my marbles trying to remember this!
