Evil Demon Awakened in Farm House Setting

We are trying to find the name of a horror movies. All we really are going off of is the vague memory of the trailer... It came out probably within the last 3-4 years ago.

The movie was based in a farm house kind of setting. As far as we can remember there was a demon (that kind of reminds me of Jeepers Creepers, as I recall) who was awakened by some people there (maybe they were digging or something). I think his goal was to eat them or suck their souls 1 by 1 to rebuild himself. We seem to remember that he was riding around on a horse.

They did board themselves up in the house, and we think one of the victims was a guy on a cop show that has a cleft chin.

That is really all I have. It is driving us crazy. I hope you can help.
