Evil Kid Causes Accidents With a Stare

I saw a movie in the mid 70s when I was very young. All I can remember is an evil kid who's staring at things causes: 1- car crash (I think it his parents were in it) and 2- a plane crash + much more.

I thought it might be "The Omen" but it doesn't look familiar.

Can somebody please help me find this movie? I really need to close this circle of horror.
