Evil Victorian Doll Talks To Girl And Terrorizes Family in 70's Film

Years ago I saw a horror movie that I am trying to remember the name of.

A little girl finds an old Victorian-type doll in her backyard. Her mother buys her a new doll to replace it because it's not in the best condition, but the old doll rips the new doll to shreds and starts to control the little girl and terrorize her family.

I watched this when I was around 10 or 11 in the 70's. Does anyone know this movie?
