Family Moves to Haunted House and Brother Kills Everyone. 1980s.

I watched a film when I was very young in the mid 80's. I don't remember what it is called but this is what I remember about it.

A family moves into a house, I think it's near a lake. There is a strange room at the bottom of the house and somehow the brother get possessed by what is in the house and one day kills the whole family with a shotgun.

I also remember the priest (when crossing the bodys in the body bags) looking up at the house and seeing the girl in the window when he is crossing the girls body.

I was young when I saw this movie and freaked out by it at the time. Want to know if this film really was as scary as I remember.

Please help horror people.
