Father of Murdered Girl Moves Wife to Haunted Victorian Home

I was watching this movie last night on the Internet and after I got tired and minimized it, and my fiance closed it. Can someone help me with the title?

In the beginning, a ten- to twelve-year old girl is kidnapped, and found dead ten days later. The supposed murderer hangs himself before the case goes to trial.

To get a change of scenery the (doctor) husband drives by this old Victorian home and suggests moving there to his wife. The first night of staying there the wife is in the bathroom and feels a hand on her shoulder. The husband thinks maybe a cat wandered into the house. Writing begins to appear on the walls. They cannot figure out if it's their daughter or another spirit torturing them.
