Finger Cut Off and Snake Grows In It's Place

I'm looking for the title of a horror movie that is escaping me. I hope you can help...

Near the end of the movie is a weird hospital where a woman who is apparently a nurse is walking through. You hear screaming/moaning as she walks into a hospital room. There is a woman tied down on a bed screaming and the nurse walks over to her and picks up a scalpel and cuts off the lady's finger, ignoring her screams. As soon as the finger is off a snake or something like it grows in its place.

That's all I remember of it. Anyone know it?
