Freddy and Jason didnt die because thats the point. NO horror villian that has more then 2 sequels ever really dies....i wouldnt want to live in a world where they did die! (lol a tad overdramatic, huh?)

I HATE most new sequels. I think both the characters have enough of there own movies and I would be completely open to seeing more sequels added but i think it would be horrible to start a whole new branch of Freddy vs. Jason sequels. I really didnt expect to like the first one and I actually ended up loving it!

When FvsJ first came out I heard a rumor from a (semi)relieable source that there was gonna be a Freddy vs Jason vs Ash...or some combo of someone/thing vs Ash. I think it sounded ridiculous (although id go see it) and the guy is a HUGE evildead fan so maybe he was just wishing. heh

If there is money to make . . .

... then someone, somewhere is probably all ready working on it. With the current trend of slasher remakes who knows... but, than again since they are remaking A Nightmare on Elm St (or as that degenerate Michael Bay likes to refer to it, re-imagining) I wouldn't hold my breath. Robert Englund IS NOT playing Freddy in the remake! Blasphemy! 'Cause I agree Freddy (i.e. Robert Englund) rules! But, Michael Bay was sent to destroy everything sacred so I'm not surprised.
