Friend's Hand Sinks Into Dead Boy's Face in Casket

Does anyone know the name of this film? It's from the 80's about a group of young people that go to friend's funeral.

They walk up to the casket and it's not their friend. It looks like him though, and when one of the guys touches his face his hand sinks into it.

I believe the premise is that when teenagers reach a certain age, something happens to them and the adults pretended they're dead.
