Fully Clothed Dead Man Rises From Bath

I saw this film once where a young woman awakens in the night and goes to the bathroom and there's a fully clothed dead man in the bath. His eyes open and he starts to rise from bath and the girl tries to scream but no noise comes out.

Any ideas?
