Do you know of any zombie films being made or in the pipeline to be made in the future?

The only one that I am paying close attention to is "World War Z". Taken after Max Brooks novel of the same name, the screen play is being written by Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski and directed by Marc Forster who recently did Quantum of Solace. Right now the release date is set for sometime in 2010 but we all know how that is bound to change.
