I agree the movie is Wilderness (2006) starring Sean Pertwee and Alex Reed, directed by Michael J. Bassett. I'm actually watching it right now.

Definitely not 'The Breed'

That's not The Breed. The kids hunted by the vengeful father and his pack of trained dogs are to be found in the underrated British survival-horror Wilderness (2006).
