Ghost Behind Wallpaper & Woman in Wheelchair

There was this movie I saw when I was young that came out in the 80's or 90's about a humanoid figure in the wall that couldn't pull himself out.

An old woman lived in the house he was in, along with a woman in a wheelchair that was killed falling out of a window.

Any ideas?
