Ghost Bricked Into Basement Haunts New Owner

I'm looking for a movie about a man being plagued by nightmares of a screaming skeletal woman. He then finds her body bricked into a wall in the basement. He buries her, she comes back young, beautiful and wants him to join her.

In one scene she drowns a black kitten in a bathtub then appears under a window with the ghost kitten.

Thanks for any help!
