Ghost Children Steal Pregnant Woman's Baby

I saw the end of a horror movie I think came out in the 2000's and I'd like to find the name so I can see the whole thing.

A dark-haired pregnant woman who seems slightly crazy is living in a large building that may be a children's hospital or orphanage.

In one scene, she goes down to the basement where there's a large public bathroom, and breaks the mirror on the wall which leads her into a secret room. Children had apparently been murdered in this room.

Somehow the room becomes bright white, and children come out and steal the baby from isider her.
