Ghost in Black Dress Appears & People Die

Hello fellow horror movie fans! I'm looking for the name of a special horror movie where a dead woman in a black dress shows herself to someone, and shortly after, someone is supposed to die.

In one scene, someone is looking out the window and in the far distance was this woman. Then suddenly she is right outside the window. I must have jumpted five feet in the air.

In the end, a family is out in the boat and the woman shows herself and smiles and then a tree falls over the boat and everybody dies.
