This was a '50s or '60s movie where ten or so people go to an old house and one by one they die by what each individual thinks is the scariest way to die.

One is afraid of fire, and then their bedroom is set on fire and there head looks like an apple head doll. Another person is afraid of drowning and they end up drowning.

One of the relatives is actually doing it to get the inheritance.
