Ghost of Drowned Girl Found on Island With Mummy-Baby

I'm searching for a film where a little girl drowns in the tub while the mother gets up to answer the phone, and after the funeral the parents travel to an island where a crazy family lives and find their daughter strolling around with a dead mummy-baby.
