Ghost Sexually Abuses Man

I'm looking for a movie where a man, his wife and baby move into a new house that turns out to be haunted.

The ghost is a woman who takes a liking to the man and tries to sexually abuse him in bed one night and scratches his stomach. A group comes in to investigate the house and in the end the house ends up burning down.

Does anyone know this movie?
