Ghost That Looks Like Einstein Cuts Little Girl's Ankle

Trying to find the name of a film where a ghost that looks like Einstein grabs a knife from a butcher block in a kitchen and heads upstairs to the kids room.

He then cuts a little girl's ankle and she starts screaming at which point we see her father in the next room (youngish with dark hair) bolt awake, ready to run to child's aid. But the mother, wearing a nightgown, stops him.

Any ideas?
