Ghostly Documentary

I think this film came out in the late 90's. Two girls and two guys stay in a haunted house for one night to conduct an investigation to see if the house is haunted.

In one part they find something in cloth and they think its a dead baby at first but its just a doll, chains come down a chimney and nearly hit a girl in the face and a chair moves by itself in the loft.

Please can someone tell me the name of this film?
