Giant Rat in Little Girl's Room

I'm looking for a late '80s or early '90s film with rats in the crawlspace of a house and the family sets traps to kill them.

Later on, the walls bulge with rats and they spill out of the medicine cabinet. In the end, a little girl is in her bed screaming and the mom rushes in to see a giant rat.

What is this movie? It's not The Food of the Gods (1976).
