Girl Chased into Cave By Saw-Weilding Killer

There's a late 80's or early 90's horror movie / possible parody I'm trying to find where a girl is being chased through the woods by a killer weilding a saw of some kind (concrete saw, chain saw) and she ends up hiding in a cave where he eventually finds her.

Any ideas?
