Girl Creates House and Screaming Father During Her Blackouts

First thing, English is not my first language, but I will try not to make too many mistakes!

I saw a horror movie when I was a child and it haunts me to this day - but I don't remember which one it is. I only saw it in German but I will try to give it back in English - so I m not sure if the speech I give you is the correct one in the movie.

The movie is about a girl somewhere between 12 and 16 years old I would say. She lived only with her Mom, and her Dad was dead I think. The girl sometimes has black outs and for the first few blackouts she would stand on a wide space of grass.

Later there is a house with 3 floors, I think. It had a pointed roof. The girl sees a boy in a window and talks to him, finding out that he can't get out of the house. Later she finds out that if she thinks on something specific it appears in the house during one of her black out phases. She tries to give this boy legs and then there stood legs on the stairs, and they exploded I think.

Later she meets the boy and he warns her of a black man, who is very dangerous. Then one time this black man turns up on the hill and the girl and the boy see him trough the window. Somehow he gets into the house and the kids run away and the man is screaming all the time that he is blind. I think it was her father. He tries to kill those kids with an axe.

That's all I can remember. I m not quite sure if that is all correct because I can remember having nightmares about this movie and maybe he doesn't scream it all the time. I was very small when I watched this, so it was sometime in the 90´s.
