Girl Has To Eat Friend to Survive

I'm looking for a movie where a teenage guy locks people in a house and kills them one by one, and toward the end, he keeps one girl alive, giving her raw meat with larva on it that she has to eat in order to survive.
After she eats it, the guy moves into another room and she has to eat her friend in order to survive.
Any ideas?
