Girl In Glass-Floored Bedroom Has Face Smashed into Window

I"m looking for a horror movie where a young girl lives in a big house and is scared of something, but her mother keeps reassuring it's okay.

So the young girl's in her bedroom and goes to look out the window. A hand smashes through the window and takes hold of the girl's face and presses it to the window, and the window breaks.

Her floor is like glass, and the mother's below and looks up and sees blood dripping from the glass. The glass breaks and the daughter and mother are both dead.

In another scene, there's some type of hole in the floor with barbed wire over it?
