Girl Joins Killer Family

I remember a movie about some teens who were in the woods and were being stalked or hunted by this family, I think a retarded hillbilly and his mother. The hillbilly raped one of the teenage girls and broke her neck.

Another one of the teenage girls somehow got caught by the stalkers and was made to believe she was one of them and that she had a baby. The baby in the bassinet was dead... looked like a burned baby. The girl had gone crazy while in their house.

I watched this film on TV back in the late 80's or early 90's. Don't think it was a "big" motion picture or anything. Does anyone know the title of this film?
