Girl Locks Herself in Car

I know this is a long shot, but I always remember being terrified by one scene in a movie, but of course I have no idea what movie it is.

The scene I recall is this: A little girl and her grandfather or uncle or some older man she knows go for a drive to a rural area, something happens, and she locks herself in the car while the man yells at her from outside the car and tries to get in - she is clearly frightened by him.

Any clue?
