Girl Lowers Friend Tied Up in Sleeping Bag Out Window

When I was a child I watched an old 70's movie on VHS.
Three girls meet up to go on a camping trip. As they are in their sleeping bags, two guys tie them up and drag them off to their house where they attack them. I think their mother is at the house too.
In one scene, a girl is trying to lower another girl out a window in a sleeping bag to escape and cuts her hands on the rope.
Any ideas?
