Girl Murders Friends And Sets Them Up Around Her Birthday Cake in 80's Film

I'm looking for an 80's film where a girl invites her friends over to her house to celebrate her 16th birthday and towards the end murders them and seats them at the table to sing her happy birthday.

The lights are out and only the birthday candles are on. If I'm not mistaken she doesn't even know that she was the one that killed her friends.
