Girl on Bus Bitten By Dog Running Along Outside of It

What is the name of this 80's movie about a dark-haired girl that dreams about a past life when she was a witch?

In one scene, she is on a public bus and looks out the window to see a dog running along side. The dog then snaps at her from outside the bus, and she grabs her arm and finds that she has a bite.

In another scene, the girl goes to some old place and has a flashback about being burned at the stake there.

Also, when the girl screams, she barely opens her mouth in this tiny little circle form and yet the sound is a loud scream.

I have asked every person I know for so many years and no one knows what this is. I hope you can help!
