Girl Possessed by Spirit of Dead Boy Named Daniel

I saw a movie a few years ago about twin women that each have a child - a little girl and a little boy. The boy gets hit by a car and dies and his spirit possesses the girl, leaving fingerprints on her back that grow darker as the spirit grews stronger. The spirit stays in a dollhouse and I believe his name is Daniel.
The girl's mom gets pregnant and the spirit tries to hurt her. She goes into labor and has a dead baby, only to find out it was twins and one is hidden. The spirit takes the life of the surviving baby and lives through it.
In the end, the girl goes up to the crib and says something like 'Happy Halloween, Daniel'.
