Girl Running Bath Scares Naked Guy Who Falls Out Window

Can anyone remember a '70s or '80s horror where a girl goes to run a bath and her naked guy friend walks up behind her, and she turns around and scares him and he falls to his death through a glass window out of the apartment?

It's snowing outside and they don't show the woman's face.

Any ideas? Thanks.

It's a little different, but...

...sounds like two different scenes from Ghost Story (1981). In one scene a woman is lying on a bed, naked and face-down. The man goes over and turns her to face him, noticing half her face is gone. He backs up and falls out the window.

and the second scene takes place with both the woman and the man in the bathtub. They are being playful and the guy pushes the woman under the water and the woman freaks out.
