Girl Starts Fire in Barn, Someone Buried Alive

Trying to remember an older movie with the following:

One: A girl starts a fire in a barn
Two: A wheelchair is involved
Three: Someone is buried alive and their hand shoots out of the ground.

If anyone can help, that would give my brain a break today! Thanks!

It almost sounds line a combination of Carrie (hand shoots out the ground at the end after a fire levels her house to the ground) and the setting fire to a barn sounds like Fire Starter. I'm probably wrong. I hope you find out, honey!
