Girl Takes Refuge in Abandoned Restroom

What is the title of the movie where some a girl and guy get lost in the middle of nowhere and she uses an abandoned public bathroom, comes out, and her boyfriend and the car are both missing?

Someone tries to kill her throughout the rest of the movie and she uses the bathroom as a refuge area. There is also a police officer at some point and he eventually asks the girl to kill him because he is in so much pain. She accidentally shoots off his ear with the first shot.
