Girl With Wooden Sticks For Hands

I only watched one scene from this movie on TV a few years ago and quickly turned it because it was way to scary for my kid.

The scene takes place in the woods, with a large stone circle and a girl in the middle. She's standing with her back to the camera, as a couple of men approach her. She turns around and we see both of her hands are cut off and wooden sticks have been stuffed into the stubs where her hands once were.

I really hope you can help me find the name of this film.
