Girlfriend Looks in Mirror And Realizes She's a Zombie

Main character wakes up at night after a Christmas or New Year's party and is frantically trying to figure out what's going on.
Throughout the movie, she tries to call her boyfriend, who responds as if there is a bad connection, with "Who is this? Hello? Hello?"
She eventually sees there is a state of emergency out her apt tower, she make her way down, past zombies and all. In the end, she makes her way to her boyfriend's apartment and he's holding a stick to up pointing at her... she's confused.
In the end, she glimpses into a mirror and she is a zombie. She had called her boyfriend but was unable to speak to him.
