Glowing Woman Kills with a Touch

Ok... I am looking for the title of a movie that has been bugging me for a while.

All I remember about the movie is that it has a silent woman that glows in the dark. She is in the woods were a few people are trapped(?) in a lodge cabin (I THINK some of the people are bad, maybe criminals?).

Thing is, every time the woman meets one of them, she tries to touch them, and they die of radioactive poisoning.

At the end of the movie, they manage to kill the woman, only to discover that she was bringing an invitation for Earth to join the league of planets, and that all the deaths were accidental.

This is a black & white movie, I believe from the fifties, but I have no idea of the title or who was in it.
