Good Monster / Bad Monster 'B' Movie Where Bad Monster Eats Couple in Boat

Good afternoon,

I have been able to ID some old movies I used to watch when I was little, circa 1985, but one has eluded me.

I only remember a bit of it, but I think there were two monsters - one good and one bad - and they fought eachother in this 'B' horror movie.

In one scene the bad monster is eyeing two people in a boat. In the next the boat rocking. And in the third the bad monster is finishing eating the two people.
