I'm writing a zombie novel right now, and it's pretty good to this point. As soon as it is done, I will post it on the internet for people to read.

It's romantic, horrific, comedic, adventurous, and action-based so its got everything a zombie novel needs. And the name is 'That Weary Day'.

So if you come to it in the future just know I wrote it.

I would have to say some of the best authors are Max Brooks and Brian Keene and hopefully me soon because I am writing books. Maybe you will hear of me - Brendan Hess.

'World War Z'

I have read the Brian Keene books and have a higher rating for Max Brooks World War Z. I do not recommend reading it as a first zombie book, but no other zombie book will even come close in comparison - Romero-style zombies in real world situations.

Breathing Dead a true horror ride

Due to the size of the book I wasn't expecting much but I hold my hands up and as they say never judge a book by it's cover.

It was an excellent horror adventure! The fast pace of the Breathing Dead kept me on the edge and the intertwining stories put a good spin on this type horror book.

The character are interesting and for once the female characters don't take a back seat.

Overall it's a very graphic survival story and it rightly comes with a warning

The Breathing Dead

For George A Romero style Zombies the best book I've read to date is 'the breathing dead a zombie tale' by A M Esmonde. It has a fast pace and the story is very visual in the minds eye, although short it's packed with action gore and Zombies. Love it!
