Grandparents are Basement Killers

There was a horror movie from the 80's or 90's where two kids go to spend the holidays with their Grandparents, only to find they're killing people in the basement.

I thought that title is called something like Room With The View.

Can you please help as I can't find that movie for some reason and I remember liking it. Thanks in advance! Sarah

I'm pretty positive the movie is Grandma's House (1989).

'Rabid Grannies'

Dont know if this is it but I remember a movie called Rabid Grannies (1989). I can't remember what it is about but I remember the cover had two crazy looking Grandmas on it. It's on the IMDB and listed as made in Belgium.
