Green Guy VHM Cover, Late 80s to Early 90s

I'm looking for a movie that had a little green guy on the VHS cover - and he ALMOST looks Japanese...ALMOST! But he's not. He's like greenish colored, and I don't think he's wearing a shirt, but his arms seemed really long, and I'm thinking he had claws or really long nails on his hands, and it's almost as if he was squatting on either a window sill or a tree branch outside of a window...and he had these dark eyes...

I saw this VHS cover when I was a child, and it terrified me, but I never knew the name of it. This has been torturing me for nearly 20 years! If anybody has any ideas, please help! (But if anybody suggests Leprechaun or the Incredible Hulk I will scream!)
