Green Man Pees on Priest

I have been looking for the title of a horror movie for a long, long time and I cannot find it. I really have no idea what the name of the movie is but I remember that it is from back in the 70s, 80s or 90s.

The film was about a gruesome green-colored man that kills people and always hides in the forest. He actually pees in the face of a priest who is praising the monster.

That's all I can remember. Can anyone help?
