Green Monster in Claw-Footed Tub

What movie is this?

A little boy is walking through this house. He goes into the a bathroom where there's a claw footed tub with a shower curtain around it. He pulls back the curtain and see this green creature/monster. He then runs out screaming, opens a door that leads to a hallway of doors and before he can move and the monster/creature grabs his shoulders and pulls him back in.
